Response Velocity is a campaign management platform that helps users monitor Nextdoor community posts for relevant conversations and generate AI-powered draft responses. The Service requires users to provide their own Nextdoor session credentials to enable monitoring.

3. Account Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Nextdoor Account Usage

By connecting your Nextdoor account, you represent that you are the authorized owner of that account and that your use of the Service complies with Nextdoor's terms of service. You acknowledge that:

• We use your session cookies solely to search for posts matching your campaign keywords
• We do not post, comment, like, or take any action on your behalf on Nextdoor
• Session cookies may expire and require re-authentication
• You may disconnect your Nextdoor account at any time

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses based on your campaign settings. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated drafts are suggestions only and should be reviewed before use
• You are solely responsible for any content you choose to post on Nextdoor
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation
• We do not guarantee the quality or effectiveness of AI-generated responses

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information beyond the scope of your campaigns

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Response Velocity and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your campaign data and configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Response Velocity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
